No prior experience is required to join Ares Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Academy. We welcome students of all levels, from beginners to advanced practitioners. Our instructors will guide you through the fundamentals and help you progress at your own pace.

What should I bring to my first class?

Answer

For your first class, wear comfortable athletic clothing like a t-shirt and shorts. You don't need a gi (uniform) for the introductory class, and we offer a free trial for new students. Water and a positive attitude are all you need to get started!
